These terms govern access to Attendra. By using an account provided by your organisation, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in line with your organisation’s policies.
1. Your account
Your account is personal to you unless your organisation expressly states otherwise. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to your organisation administrator.
2. Acceptable use
Use Attendra only for authorised workforce and business purposes. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious content, access another person’s account, submit false records or use information obtained through Attendra unlawfully.
3. Organisation responsibilities
The organisation providing your account controls user access, workplace settings, policies, approvals and the employment decisions made using platform records. Questions about schedules, attendance, leave, payroll or account permissions should be directed to that organisation.
4. Service availability
Attendra is maintained with the aim of providing a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, network conditions or events outside reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
5. Platform ownership
Attendra and its software, branding, interface and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to the platform does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it.
6. Suspension or termination
Access may be restricted or removed by your organisation or by Attendra where required for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, non-payment or the end of the organisation’s service arrangement.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Attendra is not responsible for employment decisions made by an organisation, user-provided information, third-party services or losses caused by misuse of an account. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or applicable requirements. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Contact your company administrator for access, policy or employment-related questions.
